For NATIVE APPLICATIONS (both iOS and Android) we have developed our SDK (or we can give instructions to the app developer to do by themselves), which is enabling the solution to work regardless the user is on WIFI or 3G/4G (the only important thing is to have their mobile data turned on in settings). Our SDK works with both HE and our GMID box connectivity.
