15. Hash MSSDN + IP + IMEI:

IPification generates MobileID as a HASH of MSISDN, IMSI, and IMEI. There is no IP in MobileID. The IP address is just a way for data resolution. Through the IP address IPification resolves MSISDN, IMSI, IMEI, and after that generates MobileID.
