12. How would you handle swapping SIM card issues?

We refer to the potential security issue here as SIM Swapping/Hijacking. 

As mentioned above, the new SIM card will have a new IMSI number, which will lead to the different Mobile ID we are going to generate, so App Developers will be aware of this change and can act upon it.
