1. First-time authentication

Scenario: 

  • User authentication by entering MSISDN – for test use 381123456789
  • First time a user enters MSISDN to pair MSISDN with merchant account

Testing Process:

  • Enter MSISDN 
  • Press ‘Phone Verification’
  • Successful completion of the log-in process (Merchant’s landing page)

2. Repeat login

Scenario: 

  • User authentication with already paired MSISDN with the merchant
  • user: Not required to enter MSISDN, as MSISDN is already stored as a Repeat pair with a specific merchant

Testing Process:

  • Click ‘Instant Access’
  • Successful completion of log-in process (Merchant’s landing page)

3. QR Code/ Non-Mobile Device Login

Scenario: 

  • Non-Mobile Device authentication scenario (could be desktop, tablet, ATM Machine
  • QR code used to verify ‘Something you have’ part of authentication§Replaces the need for OTP on the handset that is to be copied on browser

Testing Process:

  • Press URL §Scan QR Code with a mobile phone camera
  • Mobile browser will open§Successful completion of the log-in process (Merchant’s landing page)

4. Anonymous/ Guest Check-out

Scenario: 

  • Guest check-out §Unique Customer ID generated (server-side cookie!) 
  • On the returning access (second-time purchase), the user will be recognized 

Testing Process:

  • Press the Check-out button (Anonymous Session)
  • Successful completion of access on merchant’s landing page
