Mobile Browser

1. First-time authentication

Scenario:
- User authentication by entering MSISDN – for test use 381123456789
- First time a user enters MSISDN to pair MSISDN with merchant account
Testing Process:
- Enter MSISDN
- Press ‘Phone Verification’
- Successful completion of the log-in process (Merchant’s landing page)
2. Repeat login

Scenario:
- User authentication with already paired MSISDN with the merchant
- user: Not required to enter MSISDN, as MSISDN is already stored as a Repeat pair with a specific merchant
Testing Process:
- Click ‘Instant Access’
- Successful completion of log-in process (Merchant’s landing page)
3. QR Code/ Non-Mobile Device Login

Scenario:
- Non-Mobile Device authentication scenario (could be desktop, tablet, ATM Machine)
- QR code used to verify ‘Something you have’ part of authentication§Replaces the need for OTP on the handset that is to be copied on browser
Testing Process:
- Press URL §Scan QR Code with a mobile phone camera
- Mobile browser will open§Successful completion of the log-in process (Merchant’s landing page)
4. Anonymous/ Guest Check-out

Scenario:
- Guest check-out §Unique Customer ID generated (server-side cookie!)
- On the returning access (second-time purchase), the user will be recognized
Testing Process:
- Press the Check-out button (Anonymous Session)
- Successful completion of access on merchant’s landing page
